We design pages and components in Figma and plan the CMS content model alongside them, so design and content fit from the start.
3. Build
We build the site in Astro, set up Sanity, and deploy every change to a preview link you can review as the work progresses.
4. Content migration and QA
We move your content, set up SEO and redirects, and test across browsers, devices, and page-speed tools before launch.
5. Launch and handover
We go live on Cloudflare, then train your team and hand over documentation so you can run the site with confidence.
Frequently Asked Questions about our web development services
How is this different from a Webflow website?
Webflow is a visual builder hosted on Webflow's platform. We build in code, which removes platform limits on features, integrations, and performance, and means you own the site outright. Your team still edits content without developers, through Sanity. If a visual builder suits you better, we offer Webflow development too.
Can my team update the website without a developer?
Yes. Pages, blog posts, team members, and other content are edited in Sanity, a CMS we set up around your content. Changes are published automatically, and you can preview them before they go live.
Is a site built with Astro good for SEO?
Yes. Astro sends finished HTML to browsers and search engines, so pages load fast and are easy to crawl. We add metadata, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, and correct hreflang and canonical tags for multilingual sites.
What does hosting cost?
Most marketing sites run on Cloudflare's and Sanity's free or low-cost plans. We recommend plans based on your traffic and team size, and you hold the accounts in your own name.
Can you migrate our site from WordPress or Webflow?
Yes. We move your pages, posts, and images into the new CMS, rebuild the design in code, and set up redirects from your old URLs so you keep your search rankings.
