Challenges

Outgrowing the First Build

We built Skinserity's original website. As the clinic grew its treatments, doctors and promotions, the site needed a refresh that felt more premium and was easier to extend, without losing the search visibility the old site had earned. And as more patients ask AI assistants for clinic recommendations, Skinserity needed to show up there too.

Solutions

A Redesign, Rebuilt on Lumos and Optimised for AI Search

We redesigned the site end to end, then rebuilt it from scratch in Webflow with the Lumos framework. Its component-based system made the build faster and keeps new pages consistent as the clinic adds treatments, skin concerns and doctor profiles. On top of the build, we set up AI SEO so assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews can understand the clinic and recommend it.

A calmer, more premium look, with treatments organised by category and by skin concern so patients find the right service quickly.

A fluid, component-based foundation that sped up the build and lets the site scale without one-off pages.

A smooth, SEO-safe migration

We moved the content from the old site and kept its SEO data intact, so the switch didn't cost the clinic its search presence.

AI SEO

Clear, structured treatment and doctor content with schema markup, so AI assistants can read who Skinserity is, what it offers and where it is, and surface the clinic in their answers.
